More about the Report Management Tool
The report.management tool gives you the ability to monitor your readership, see which newsletter features are most popular, and draw on valuable user feedback to tailor promotions to readers' interests and needs. Put simply, this tool provides detailed reports on all user activity associated with your ez.newsletter account. Best of all, you choose how you receive the information.
report.management works together with newsletter.management to show you how many people have read your newsletter and which links they clicked, who subscribed, who unsubscribed, and how many readers were unable to receive your newsletter due to delivery failures, both temporary and permanent. Detail links within the online reports go from general numbers to specifics, including contact names and email addresses and dates and times for each event. And since this tool cooperates with email and list management, too, you can jump directly to editing contact information if need be.
What's more, report.management also works with webform.management so that, if you use it to build a survey, you can see the results of that survey. It doesn't matter whether you place the survey in a newsletter sent from your account or on your website, report.management will collect the data in one place in an organized format. In this case, you can see reports on responses by question or respondents. Response reports show how people answered each question and what percentage of all possible answer choices those answers represent. Responder reports display the names of respondents and their individual answers.
Automated reports are included with your account, and can be sent to you and your team on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
